Buyers of a penthouse in Burjside Boulevard or the signature collection at Ocean Heights are being offered a 2014 Audi R8 worth Dh500,000 by Damac Properties, the developer of these projects as part of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF).
“The Audi R8 is one the most luxurious cars we have ever offered, with a retail price tag of almost half a million dirhams,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, Damac Properties.
“It is a very simple and attractive promotion – buy the penthouse at Burjside Boulevard or the Signature Suite at Ocean Heights and we will deliver you the latest top-of-the-range Audi. No catch, no complicated regulations, simple.”
The estimated price of the penthouse in 50-storey Burjside Boulevard is Dh40 to Dh42 million, according to real estate agents. The project expected to be completed this year.
The 84-storey Ocean Heights in Dubai Marina has 614 units. Average asking price, listed on property websites, is between Dh1,700 and Dh1900 per square feet.
DSF is a month-long festival, which commences on January 3.
Audi cars, as a giveaway, are not limited for property buyers in above two luxury towers. Each buyer across Damac portfolio will get an Audi.
Buyers of three bedroom properties sold during the DSF will get an Audi A8, two bedroom purchasers will be get an Audi A6 while one bedroom buyers will get an Audi A4.
Over the years during the DSF, Damac Properties has given away luxury cars, yachts, a private jet and a private island in the Caribbean.
In 2012, the developer was offering a Lamborghini to buyers of penthouse apartments in their premium developments such as Ocean Heights, Burjside Boulevard and Damac Heights.
After announcing the DSF 2012 offer, McLoughlin had told Emirates 24|7: “The starting price for an apartment, which comes with a car as part of our DSF promotion, is just under Dh550,000."
