Children invited to participate in National Day

As part of celebrations of the 42nd National Day, Children’s City of Dubai Municipality announced that it has launched a bunch of activities and programmes.

Mrs. Naila Al Mansouri, Head of Children’s City, urged the parents to utilise this chance to explore the talents of their children in presenting poem, drawing, arts, calligraphy and popular folk dances in addition may interactive shows and plays.

“The programmes are aimed at encouraging children to learn about the county, its history and traditions and instill the true love and commitment to the county. Every items of the programmes are designed to communicate the vision  of the country with children,” Al Mansouri said.

“The programmes are scheduled to start at 12pm on Monday, December 2, 2013 and will continue till 7pm. The interactive activities and plays will help children develop self-confidence and understand importance of social life,” she said.
