Credit card thief in woman's clothes caught

A man who stole a credit card and tried to use it at a fuel station while disguised in a woman’s clothes, has been arrested by police in Khor Fakkan.

The thief had made a quick escape when a person at a gas station became suspicious of his identity.

Earlier, a police station in Khor Fakkan had been informed that by a person that his credit card and identity card had been stolen from his car while it was parked outside his home and some money had been withdrawn from his bank account.

The arrested person has confessed to stealing the credit card and trying to use it at a petrol pump.
