Dh995 all-inclusive fare to Pakistan?

It’s sale period for Mideast carriers, with juggernaut Emirates being the latest to announce special fares across its global network.

With over 50 destinations on sale, flights have to be booked by August 4, with outbound travel between August 20 and December 9.

The special fares start for as low as Dh995, all-inclusive to Karachi on return flights, with the Indian sub-continent’s lure seeing Mumbai at Dh1,385 and New Delhi at Dh1,535.

Meanwhile, flights to popular European destinations such as London and Paris are starting at Dh3,845 and Dh3,725, respectively across the economy class, with business sector flights costing in the range of Dh14,000 for both.

Bargains are also to be found to the Mideast and Africa region, with economy fares starting at Dh1,285 to Riyadh and Sana’a, while the North and South America routes start at Dh4,865 on the A380 to New York’s JFK.

Emirates’ special fares come close on the heels of the 48-hour flash sale by Sharjah-based budget carrier Air Arabia, which ends today.

With one-way, all-inclusive prices starting at Dh333, Air Arabia is offering passengers discounted fares to Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, along with popular Mideast routes such as Alexandria, Amman, Beirut and Khartoum.

Travel is between August 11 and September 30.

Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways has also announced a 30 per cent summer discount across GCC flights on its coral economy class fares for flights before November 30.

All-inclusive fares to Muscat start as low as Dh465 for travel between August 11 and October 8, and October 16 and November 30.

The blackout dates include Eid Al Adha in October.

Other discounted routes include Bahrain at Dh725, Kuwait at Dh795, Doha at Dh905, amongst others.

Special fares on the Abu Dhabi/Al Ain/Dubai to Mumbai route are also available at Dh1,185 for bookings by July 31 and travel between September 15 and October 30.
