Drunk man charged for forced sex with boy

An Emirati man is facing charges for forcing a boy to have sex with him.

In the case that came up for hearing at the Dubai Criminal Court, the 23-year-old man AA was accused of taking the boy SAM, also an Emirati, to a sandy area in Al Warqa to have sex with him.

He was also accused of consuming liquor.

Forensic examination established that the semen samples picked from the boy’s clothes matched the man’s DNA samples.

The arraignment sheet however did not mention the boy’s age or how the matter was reported.

The case has been adjourned to January 10.
