A woman in an inebriated condition who sought police help against three Emirati men who allegedly assaulted her has told a Dubai court she did not offer them sexual favours against cash.

The Filipina woman who sought the help of a police patrol in Karama at around 4am on June 15 had told the police she was physically assaulted by the men, while one of them molested her.

Soon after, the patrol tracked down the men near the Karama post office. When the men tried to escape the patrol called for support from the operations room and nabbed them.

Identified as a unemployed man MH, a 17-year-old student NA, and a 27-year-old salesman AM, the three Emiratis told the police that the woman who was paid Dh1200 for sex with three of them had run away.

The woman, who admitted before the prosecution that she had consumed alchohol, however denied she had taken any money from the men to have sex with her.

She claimed that NA was the one who molested her.

The men have denied the accusations before Dubai Misdemeanour Court that adjourned the case to October.
