Emaar Tower’s signboard catches fire

Fire broke out today at Emaar Tower’s signboard near Clock Tower, Deira, on Monday evening.

An eyewitness told Emirates 24l7 that the fire broke out at 7pm and fire-fighting teams had rushed to the scene and put out fire in just 15 minutes.

According to the eyewitness, the fire at the Emaar Tower’s signboard is believed to have been caused by the short circuit.

There were no early reports of injuries or building evacuation due to the incident.
