Emirates Hospital starts medical convoys in Indonesia

Emirates Hospital has launched medical humanitarian convoys 'Quafil', one of the initiatives of Emirates Field Hospital for sponsorship of children in Java, to provide diagnostic, curative and awareness services to children affected in various Indonesian villages.

The move follows the directives from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to dispatch relief aid, following the eruption of Merami Volcano in Indonesia.

The Emirates Field Hospital provides its medical programmes in partnership with Emirates National Team for Emergency Medical Response in line with the concerted UAE efforts to provide relief aid to the areas devastated by the crises and catastrophes.
