Emirati killed in Sharjah car crash

An Emirati young man died after his car overturned in a rugged area in Al Madam in Sharjah emirate on Friday, a newspaper reported on Saturday.

The man, under 20, was driving on Nizwa Road when he lost control on the vehicle because of speeding, Emarat Al Youm said.

The car overturned and hit a power pole, causing serious injuries to the driver, who died on the way to hospital, it added.
