Emirati says my brother's passport is mine

An Emirati travelled to Thailand using his brother’s passport as his passport was seized for cases agasint him, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

Corporal Mohamed Darwish at Dubai International Airport testified that on July 25, 2009 police circulated that TSA has travelled outside the UAE using another person’s passport.

Upon his arrival on July 25, 2011, he submitted a passport which proved to be of his brother. Confronting him with that, TSA confessed to the crime.

TSA, 37, employee justified his crime claiming that doctors told his that he has to travel overseas to receive treatment from a disease. He used the passport of his mentally challenged brother as his passport was seized by the government for court cases.
 
The court adjourned the case for verdict to the end of this month.
