Fire breaks out at building site in Dubai Silicon Oasis

A fire broke out at a construction site at Dubai Silicon Oasis at around 5.30pm.

The building under construction is an 8-floor structure.

Police, ambulance and fire brigade vehicles have reached the site.

According to eyewitnesses, several construction workers were working at the site when the fire broke out.

It is not certain if anyone was injured.

The site is located behind the mosque and Axis 5 building in DSO.

The road leading the building site has been closed for private traffic.
