Fireworks and celebrations at Ajman's Mosaic Market

The Mosaic Market, Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Foundation’s newest community initiative in Ajman, announced an update to the timing of its opening.

In response to the incredible demand from visitors, the Mosaic Market is now open to the public at Al Safia Park every Thursday and Friday from 4pm to 11pm and will be running from November 24 until January 13, 2017.

The market will feature a variety of activities, which are not only bigger in scale, but also more thrilling.

The new activities are part of the development and modernisation plan conducted by Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Foundation to delight the visitors, putting smiles on their faces.

The updated opening dates and timings were decided as an immediate response to suggestions and feedback from the visitors during the first week.

Shaikha Ali Al Nuaimi, Corporate Communication Manager, Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Leadership Programme, said, “Mosaic Market is an incredibly unique opportunity for visitors and their families to enjoy such a diversity of activities in the same place. The favourable response from visitors during the first week served as encouragement for us to raise the bar of expectations. The activities combined both the beauty of picturesque landscapes with sublime art showcases and stage performances”.

She affirmed that the market has already established itself as a popular and entertaining family event in the Emirate: “We have received some suggestions to amend the time of the opening to suit the needs of visitors. We not only listened to these suggestions but made the necessary adjustments for our visitors to deliver the best entertainment and shopping experience during the days of Mosaic Market,” added Nuaimi.

The market will host Emirati artists Abdullah Zayed and Ali Jumaa as special guests for this week.

They will meet and greet the families and children at the market and take photographs on Thursday, November 24 th , and will have an interactive stage performance at Mosaic Stage on Friday, November 25. The show will be sponsored by Ajman Holding.

In addition, raffle draws will be held for exciting prizes as well as gifts that will be distributed to visitors.

To cap off a day of excitement and fun for the visitors, a fireworks show will create an atmosphere that is unlikely to be forgotten.

Shaikha Ali Al Nuaimi said, “The improvements to the market come as part of our growth strategy, adopted by the foundation in line with Ajman Vision 2021.

A number of surprises are in store for this week, in addition to the state-of- the-art entertainment facilities, which offer unforgettable experiences and encourage visitors to come again.

Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Foundation is keen to meet the needs of visitors from the moment they enter the market until the moment they will leave. There is a plethora of entertaining activities, stage performances, shopping and food options available.

The stage performance and activities have made the market one of the most popular family events in the Emirate. Mosaic Market attracted almost 8000 visitors over the first two weekends.

Visitors of the market will have a variety of retail products to explore, including: a petting zoo, fashion, furniture, books, handicrafts, jewellery, and more. In addition to the countless handicrafts and products available at the booths are spacious play areas that entertain children while the adults can indulge in retail therapy.
