The Road and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the timings of all its services during the Isra’ and Mi’raj holiday on Thursday.
The schedules apply to customer care centres, chargeable parking lots, public buses, Dubai Metro, water transport stations, driving schools and vehicle inspection and technical departments.
All customer care centres will be off on the religious holiday on Thursday, June 6 and will be back to work on Sunday June 9.
Chargeable parking lots will free in Dubai and Sharjah on Thursday with the exception of the Fish Market and multi-storey parking facilities. All will be reactivated on Saturday June 8.
The Red and Green Line Express will be in service from 5.30am on Thursday. Public buses (Dubai Bus) will be run according to the following schedule:
Public transport busses including main stations such as Gold Market and Al-Ghubaiba

Other services will be operating around the clock. Those include commercial transport bus stations, main stations such as Al Ghubaibah. The same applies to external transport stations such as Sharjah Station (Jubail Bur Dubai).
Sharjah Station (Jabal Deira) and Abu Dhabi stations, however, will serve customers only from 6:am to 12:00am. Fujairah, Ajman and Hatta stations will be in service from 6am till 10pm.
The marine transport service will adopt the following schedule:

As regards driving schools, Dubai International I and Belhasa centres will be off on the holiday while Dubai, Galadari and Al Ahli Centres will be on for the registration and training.. The Emirates Institute will be on for registration only.
The timings of service of registration offices in shopping centres will depend on the times of the respective centres. However, all driving testing and licensing departments will be off on Thursday, June 6. Vehicle inspection and registration centres will be closed on that day, particularly Wasel, Mumayyaz, Shamel, Enoc, Tamam, Al Shirawi, Cars and Tasjeel.
