Jealous ex-wife throws paint on new wife's car

A court in Fujairah fined an Indian woman Dh500 after she was found guilty of damaging the car of her ex-husband's new wife, blaming her for the divorce.

The defendant confessed in court that she bought a black paint box and used it on the car of her ex-husband’s wife to avenge her divorce.

A court had earlier fined the woman Dh1,000, prompting her to appeal the sentence and get a reduction.
