With more people coming to Dubai for work there is a greater need for schools and more teachers to run them. Existing and the soon-to-be launched schools are hiring teachers to keep with this increasing demand.

Gems group, the largest private education provider, is hiring teachers for its various schools in Dubai.

Popular schools by the group -  Jumeirah College, Gems Wellington Academy, Sheikh Zayed Private Academy, Al Khaleej National School among others are looking for candidates.

Other popular schools of different groups are also hiring teachers.  For example, Fortes Education is looking to place teachers in its Regent school. They have many vacancies that are open - deputy head of primary and secondary school, psychology teacher, ICT teacher, history, Mandarin, Spanish, science and math teacher, to name a few, are needed.

Innoventures Education’s, Dubai International Academy (DIA), has listed upcoming vacancies that are required to be filled. The school is now accepting CV's from applicants for all year levels, including specialist teachers in elementary school and for all subjects in the secondary school for the academic year 2014-2015.

The Raffles World Academy, another school by the group, is also hiring. “We are recruiting a range of staff for the new academic year 2014-2015 due to expansion as we anticipate the opening in August 2014,” reads the website.

Other schools under the umbrella, Raffles International School and Collegiate American School, are also recruiting.

In fact, many schools are looking to hire from other countries. Recruitment fairs are being held in the UK for teachers to be placed in UAE schools.
