Jobs in UAE: Du and etisalat looking to hire

Telecom operators du and etisalat are looking to fill a number of vacancies in the UAE.

The newer entrant du has many positions available for nationals and some for expats. For experienced UAE nationals, the company has launched a recruitment campaign seeking talented Emiratis for leadership and supervisory positions within the company.

The company is looking for candidates to hire immediately across various departments. Eligible candidates should have 5-12 years of previous experience and also bachelor or equivalent degree.

Interested applicants are requested to submit their resume online. All open positions will be posted on https://www.du.ae/nationalization until September 30, and nationals may respond to any suitable position. All submissions will be reviewed; suitable applicants will be invited for interview and assessment.

Several positions are also available for expat professionals. Positions that are available include advanced connectivity sales manager, cloud & data centre sales manager, managed security sales manager, managed services communications & events marketing manager, etc. The last date for applying to most of these positions is the end of October.

A number of positions have also opened up at etisalat, and both expats and nationals can apply to these positions.

The company is looking to fill up positions like head of operations & maintenance, director business intelligence & enterprise data warehouse, senior manager mobile commerce, home product marketing, manager product development, senior manager segment marketing among others.

Nationals can also take advantage of Etisalat’s Graduate Training Programs. A total of 2,700 UAE National employees form 43 per cent of the total workforce at etisalat. Almost 90 per cent of the senior management of the company comprises Emiratis.

Emiratis can also enrol for the company’s National Training Program. It offers a 15-month on-the-job training to help fresh graduates gain the necessary skills and knowledge for their future career.
