Khalifa receives Ramadan greetings

The President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan received on Monday in Al Ain sheikhs, senior officials and citizens who came to offer greetings on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

Present were General His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE Armed Forces and Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in the Western Region.

Also present were Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in the Eastern Region, Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of Abu Dhabi Ruler, Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister, Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Affairs Minister, Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Sheikh Omer bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works, Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Etihad Airways, Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, the President's Advisor, Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Member of the Executive Council, Ahmed Juma Al Zaabi, Deputy Minister of Presidential Affairs, Sheikhs and senior officials.

Sheikh Khalifa hosted an iftar banquet in honour of the well-wishers.

Sheikh Khalifa and Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed of Oman also exchanged Ramadan greetings during a telephone conversation yesterday.
