An Iranian man is being tried in Ras Al Khaimah for stealing his friend’s mobile phone memory card and sending photographs of his sisters to other mobile handsets, a newspaper reported on Sunday.

The criminal court was told that the man had stolen the mobile phone of his friend, also Iranian, and used his memory card to see pictures of his sisters and other private photographs before sending them to other mobile phones by Bluetooth, the Arabic language daily Emirat Alyoum said.

“Police arrested that man after his friend reported that he stole his mobile phone and used the memory card to publicize photographs of his sisters and other private family pictures,” the paper said, adding that the trial which started last week was adjourned to July 27.
