Man with 14,030 narcotic pills arrested

A Gulf Arab national was arrested at his home in Nadd Al Hemr on Thursday for drug abuse.

He was found with possession of 14,030 narcotic pills, as reported in The Gulf Today.

A statement from the Anti-Narcotics Department of the Dubai Police said his activities were monitored for some days before they arrested him.

He was under surveillance after the police received a tipoff about his activities.

They made sure he was in the house before the raid and was found with possession of psychotropic substance.
