Manager touches up female staff at her doorstep

An Indian financial manager is accused of molesting a Filipina at her house’ door step, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
 

On May 5 at around 10.30am the victim TSW, 35, accountant heard her flat’s bell ring. Her two year old son opened the door and stepped out of the flat.
“While trying to catch him, a man touched her breast and ran away… he was the financial manager..he did that and ran away. My husband rushed out as I screamed …He chased the manager and called the police,” she told prosecutor adding “this was not the first time… he had tried to hug me in the office and asked me to go out with him and to offer him sex several times but I refused.

The husband, RBN, 30, Filipino, visitor testified that he heard his wife shout after about a minute after their son opened the door. He rushed out and his wife told him that the financial manager had molested her.
 

“I jumped the stairs down...The watchman told me that the Indian man is stepping into his car…As I shouted at him and asked him why he touched my wife’s breast, he got scared and apologised. My wife told me that he used to annoy her by phone calls and asking her to go out and have sex with him while I was back home in the Philippines…He had touched her leg while was in the office,” he testified.
 

Sami Omar, 38,  Jordanian, commercial manager testified that he received a call from TSW’s husband who complained about the financial manager LP, 33, Indian.
“

Confronting LP with the complaint, he denied it and said that he went to her house to give her Dh5,000 loan and to take a guarantee cheque…he claimed that molesting her was a misunderstanding and that he will solve it out with her husband,” he said.
 

“However, the victim, TSW, had come to my office four months ago and she complained to me about LP who touched her leg while she was taking some files from his office. Confronting him with that incident, he denied it and claimed that there are some work related problems between him and her,” testified Omar.
