Mohammed bin Zayed receives Japanese oil CEOs

General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received this evening separately Naoki Kuroda, Chairman of Inpex Corporation and Keiichiro Okabe, Chairman of Cosmo Oil Co, and Chairman of UAE-Japan Friendship Society.

The two Japanese oil executives paid courtesy visits to Sheikh Mohammed as part of their participation in the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2012) at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

Sheikh Mohammed welcomed the Japanese guests and hoped their engagement in ADIPEC would generate food results that serve distinguished relations between the two friendly countries.

The meeting reviewed ways of further advancing joint projects.

Mohammed bin Zayed receives Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz

General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received here on Tuesday at Al Mina Palace, Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers President of the National Guard in Saudi Arabia.

Sheikh Mohammed welcomed Prince Miteb in his second country, the UAE, confirming the distinguished relations, coordination and cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

During the meeting, which was attended by Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor, they discussed the bilateral relations between UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The two sides stressed the desire of the leaderships of both countries to discuss all issues and developments in the region as part of their keenness to upgrade GCC joint action in serving the interests of the Gulf Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States.

They also discussed current developments in the region and a number of issues of common interest.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister along with a number of senior officials.

Mansour bin Zayed receives Total CEO

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), received today Total CEO Christophe de Margerie.

The meeting explored avenues of cooperation between IPIC and Total.

Sheikh Mansour and Total CEO exchanged views on a broad range of topics related to oil and gas industries and latest developments in the world oil market.
