Mohammed directs renaming Al Wasl to Latifa Hospital

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a directive renaming Dubai’s Al Wasl Hospital to Latifa Hospital, in the loving memory of his late mother, Sheikha Latifa bint Hamdan, wife of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

On his Twitter Page, days ago, Sheikh Mohammed reminisced memories of his mother and her great influence on him, calling on all people to respect their mothers and honour them.

Sheikh Mohammed’s call has attracted a considerable reaction from his followers on Twitter and Facebook pages.

Sheikh Mohammed has also directed that celebrations of his 6th Accession Day be focused on mothers.
