Mohammed welcomes well-wishers

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received at Zabeel Palace on Saturday evening a host of Emirati tribe members and distinguished tribal leaders on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.

Present at the reception were Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Members of Emirati tribes and tribal leaders from all across the UAE came to congratulate Sheikh Mohammed and the wise leadership of the country on this auspicious Islamic occasion. The guests prayed to God almighty to safeguard our beloved homeland and keep the blessings He has bestowed upon its people.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed exchanged with his guests greetings on the advent of the holy month and shared with them an iftar banquet at the palace.

The meeting was also attended by Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Director of Protocol and Hospitality Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, sheikhs and distinguished figures of society.
