One killed, one injured in brotherly battle

One man was killed and is brother was seriously injured in a gunfight that erupted inside a family in Saudi Arabia, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.

The battle took place in the rugged southwestern town of Yadma and police said they were investigating the cause of the fight among the Saudi brothers.

“One brother was killed and another was seriously wounded in the fight…we are investigating the cause of this incident,” Okaz daily said, quoting police spokesman Captain Abdul Rahman Al Shamrani.

He did not say how many brothers were involved in the battle.
