Ras Al Khaimah to get three new bridges

His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has approved a project for the construction of three bridges in the emirate.

These bridges will be completed by the end of this year and construction work will begin in a couple of days.

Abdullah Yussuf, Chairman of the Department of Public Works and Services in Ras Al Khaimah, said that the project comes in the framework of RAK's Government keenness on developing the roads network in the emirate and cope with urbanisation and population density.

First bridge will be constructed at the entrance of Ras Al Khaimah in front of "Cove Rotana Resort", the second one will be located next to the "Al Manar Mall" and the third bridge will be built on Al Montaser Street next to Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Hotel.
