Saaed customer service centre relocated

Saaed Traffic Systems has announced the relocation of its existing customer service centre in Abu Dhabi’s Traffic and Patrols Directorate, Gate 1, to the consolidated customer service centre at the new building of the directorate headquarters.

All services are provided throughout the week from Sunday to Thursday, 7am until 10pm, according to an announcement from the company.

Fatima Ahli, Executive Director of Strategy and Corporate Performance, said, "The transition and allocation of counters is aimed at improving the efficiency of procedures while achieving the highest quality and speed. The Customer Service Centre offers various services, including traffic accidents statistics, accident reports queries, renewal of accident reports that exceeded the legal limit of 15 days, and procedures for clearance of accidents on public property, as well as vehicle escort services, which includes periodic requests to accompany special loads."

"In order to insure the highest quality service to all our customers, we have three other customer service centres in Abu Dhabi: Mafraq Police Station, Falaj Hazza Police Station, and Madinat Zayed centre in the Western Region Police. In addition to that, there are other centres across the UAE, including West Police Station in Sharjah, the Industrial Area Police Station in Sharjah, Ajman City Police Station, Al Madina Police Station in the Emirate of Umm Al Qaiwain, Al Mamoura Police Station in Ras Al Khaimah and Al Madina Police Station in the Emirate of Fujairah in addition to police stations in each of Al Dhaid, Dibba, Kalba and Khorfakkan," Fatima added.
