Salem Al Qasimi, worshippers perform funeral prayer on body of martyr Ahmed Al Mazrouei

Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ruler's Office on Saturday offered funeral prayer on the body of the nation and humanitarian's martyr, Ahmed Rashid Salem Ali Al Mazrouei and other martyrs, who were killed in the heinous terrorist attack in Kandahar, Afghanistan, while on a humanitarian mission.

Families of the martyr, a number of officials and dignitaries also offered the funeral prayer, along with Sheikh Salem. The audience prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest his soul in peace and to bestow patience and solace on his family.

The body of the martyr was laid to rest at Al Haseen Cemetery at Wadi Al Helo, Sharjah. Sheikh Salem expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family of the martyr.
