Sharjah fire destroys two shops

A fire broke out in a shop for car registration in the Al Yarmouk area of Sharjah yesterday afternoon, Emarat Al Youm reports.

The fire led to the burning of two shops, completely, and the damaging of two others.

Flames soared high to the apartments above the shops, however, Civil Defence officials said that three vehicles rushed to the place immediately and the fire was extinguished without any injuries.

Police are now investigating the cause of the fire.
