Sharjah witnesses two deaths on Monday

Two people were killed in Sharjah on Monday in separate incidents. While a Sudanese was run over by a speeding car, an African visitor jumped to his death, reported 'Al Ittihad' newspaper.

According to Sharjah Police, the 60-year-old Sudanese man, MAB, was hit by a speeding car while he was crossing the street in the industrial area. he died on the spot. The Indian driver of the car has been arrested.

Meanwhile, the 34-year-old African man who was on a visit visa and working with a trading company jumped from his sixth floor home in Al Nadha area. Police has begun investigations. He was living with many others in the flat, according to sources.
