His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai received sheikhs, ministers, dignitaries and department heads at Za'abeel Palace on Thursday evening, in the presence of Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
During their meeting Sheikh Mohammed and his guests exchanged greetings and congratulations on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
They also discussed issues of national interest, including matters pertaining to socio-economic developments in the country.
The guests expressed their great pride and happiness on meeting with Sheikh Mohammed at the start of the holy month, reflecting the close ties that bind the country's citizens together and foster harmony throughout the UAE.
The reception was attended by FNC Speaker Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Ghurair, Chairman of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and other senior officials.
