Sheikh Zayed Bridge will be opened for traffic next month but a date has not been fixed, according to a spokeswoman at the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City.

The Dh5 billion Salam Street project is expected to provide an urban expressway — without traffic signals — from Mina Zayed Port to Shaikh Zayed Bridge - the fourth gateway to Abu Dhabi.
The opening of the Dh900 million Sheikh Zayed Bridge, a dual carriageway with four lanes, will save motorists commuting to and fro from the capital at least about 15minutes.
