The beloved characters of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the Middle East’s largest integrated theme park destination, were spotted today at Dubai International Airport – Terminal three- while arriving to town as they move to their new home.

The characters are in town to #CelebrateAmazing as the region prepares for the opening of its long awaited entertainment destination.

Airport visitors were delighted to see the characters at terminal three’s arrivals section, and were able to interact with Shrek and the Smurfs from Motiongate Dubai, our lookalike Don from Bollywood Parks Dubai and Buddy from Legoland Dubai.

The characters will now settle into their new homes at Dubai Parks and Resorts, and welcome their guests who will get the chance to meet these remarkable characters in person and enjoy over 100 rides and attractions across three theme parks and one water park.

The entertainment destination commenced its historic opening with Legoland Dubai and Riverland Dubai on 31st October. Shortly followed by Bollywood Parks Dubai on 17th November, while Motiongate Dubai and Legoland Water Park, along with Lapita Hotel will debut in December 2016.
