Sisters jump from first floor to flee Sharjah Police

Two Pakistani sisters violating immigration rules in the UAE were injured after they jumped down from their first floor apartment in Sharjah to escape police.

The sisters decided to jump down after they saw detectives storming suspected apartments in the building to seize expatriates staying illegally in the country.

“The two sisters suffered from injuries and were taken by an ambulance to Kuwait Hospital in the emirate,” the semi official daily Alittihad said.

It quoted police as saying the two sisters were found to be violating labour and immigration laws in the UAE.
