Eleven Pakistani workers allegedly forged no object certificates attributed to their employer and submitted them to Roads and Transport Authority to obtain driving licences, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

Aged between 22 to 27 year old MAK, MGS, SKM, AKA, IMK, SRR, QRN, BRK, DKS< MTB, and NJM, are accused of forging forms of applying for a driving licence based on forged no objection certificates of their employer Bin Bleilah Contracting.

With other fugitives they were accused of forging their employer’s stamp they have used to issue no objection certificates which they have submitted to RTA employees.

Ahmad Jalauddin, 56, Egyptian, administrate director, Bin Bleilah Contracting  testified that on January 10, testified that he was notified by the company’s Human Resources manager about workers of the company have opened files with RTA for obtaining driving licences.

“Investigating the information with RTA it was proved right. RTA was asked to supply the company with the no object letters. Checking these letters they were proved forged.. So police was notified,” he testified.

Forensic reported the forgery of the no objection certificates.

The court adjourned the case until October 26.
