UAE fighter jet crashes while training; pilot dead

The General Command of the UAE Armed Forces on Wednesday announced the death of First Lt Pilot Suhail Mubarak Abdullah Al Dhahiri when a fighter jet crashed on Tuesday evening during a routine training mission.

The incident occurred in the UAE airspace.
