An Air India flight (Airbus A 319) on its way to New Delhi from Abu Dhabi was forced to make an emergency landing in Pakistan's Nawab Shah on Monday morning.
All 135 people on board are reported to be safe and have been offered food and water at the Pakistani airport, reveals Indian news channel NDTV.
According to the emerging reports, in a rare occurrence the plane's all three hydraulic systems failed forcing the pilot, Captain Sunil Vashist, to make an emergency landing, the channel reported.
While repair work is on, there are plans to send an aircraft to ferry the passengers to Delhi and also send a team of technical personnel from India to take care of the aircraft.
