UAE martyr Al Dhanhani laid to rest

His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, has extended his sincere condolences to the family of serviceman Mohammed Rashid Ali Al Dhanhani, who was martyred when the military vehicle he was travelling in overturned while participating in the Saudi-led Arab coalition's ‘Operation Restoring Hope’ in Yemen.

Sheikh Hamad today visited the mourning majlis in the Qadfa area in the Emirate of Fujairah to express his sympathies to the family of the martyr. He also prayed to Allah Almighty to bless his soul with mercy in Paradise and to bestow patience and solace upon his family.

A number of sheikhs and senior local officials also offered their condolences to the family of the martyr.

Social networking sites shared an image and commentary written by UAE soldier Mohammed Rashid Al Dhanhani from his personal Instagram account before his martyrdom, where he asked God to forgive him and to facilitate things for him, according to a report in the Arabic daily Emarat Al Youm.

The General Command of the Armed Forces announced martyrdom of Al Dhanhani who passed away after his military vehicle overturned while on duty conducting the Operation Restoring Hope led by Saudi Arabia to support legitimacy in Yemen.

Dr. Sheikh Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority (FMCA), on Saturday afternoon performed the funeral prayer for Mohammed Rashid Ali Al Dhanhani who was martyred when the military vehicle he was travelling in overturned while participating in the Saudi-led Arab coalition's ‘Operation Restoring Hope’ in Yemen.
 
The body of the nation's martyr was laid to rest at Qadfa Cemetery in Fujairah. In attendance were Sheikh Maktoum bin Hamad Al Sharqi, a number of officials, senior army and police officers and a crowd of mourners.

Mourners prayed to Allah Almighty to bless his soul with mercy in Paradise and to bestow patience and solace upon his family.

Emirati martyr's body arrives in Abu Dhabi

The body of martyred Emirati serviceman Mohammed Rashid Al Dhankhani arrived in a UAE Air Force and Air Defence military aircraft at the Al Bateen Airport.

The martyr's body was welcomed at the airport with a special ceremony attended by senior military officers.

The General Command of the UAE Armed Forces today announced the death of Al Dhankhani saying he died when the military vehicle he was travelling in had overturned while carrying out his national duty as part of Operation Restoring Hope, being conducted by the Saudi-led Arab Coalition to back Yemen's legitimate government .

The General Command of the UAE Armed Forces on Saturday announced the martyrdom of the serviceman Mohammed Rashid Ali Al Danakhani when the military vehicle he was travelling in overturned.

Al Danakhani was martyred while participating in the Saudi-led Arab coalition's ‘Operation Restoring Hope’ in Yemen.
