UAE wins bronze at GCC Men Athletics Championships

Two UAE athletes have won two bronze medals in the men's long jump (6.9 meters) and the 100-metre sprint at the 16th Gulf Cooperation Council Men Athletics Championship in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

Jumper Mohammed Abbas came in third, while Naseeb Salmeen finished the sprint in 10.66 seconds.

Athletes from the six members of the Gulf Cooperation Council are competing in the championship.
