Watchman jailed for molesting 10-year-old girl

The Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance awarded a 32-year-old Indian watchman MSM three months jail followed by deportation for molesting a ten-year-old NRF at the building’s reception area.

According to the records, two girls were playing hide and seek in the reception and the watchman was sitting behind his desk.

The victim’s friend saw the NRF sitting on watchman’s lap and he was groping her belly and chest… Then she pulled his hands and rushed towards the lift asking her to go up home…Then the victim’s mother asked the other girl what she exactly saw.

As the victim’s mother confirmed what the watchman did, she informed the police.

MSM denied the accusation and said that he was holding the girl to make her go up home.
