A woman and her children escaped with light injuries on Wednesday night when their massive tent collapsed on them during a rainstorm in Fujeirah.The woman and the children were rescued by the civil defence which rushed to the scene following reports of tent accidents in a camping area in the emirate.
“They suffered from bruises in different parts of their bodies and were all taken to hospital for treatment,” said Colonel Ali Al Tinaiji, head of the civil defence.
