Filipina raped inside lift

 An Egyptian fast food restaurant worker raped a Filipina inside a lift at her residence in Kuwait and fled but was arrested later, a newspaper reported on Saturday.

The unnamed man was delivering a meal order to a family in that building when the Filipina got into the lift with him, Al Watan said.
Just after the door was shut, he pressed the last floor button then assaulted her before ripping her clothes and raping her inside the lift, the paper said.

Based on her description of the rapist and the colour of his restaurant uniform, police summoned the workers of all branches of that restaurants and showed them to her in a queue.

But she did not identify any of them before the restaurant managed came to the station and told the police that one worker was absent.

“Police later managed to locate that worker at his relative’s house and arrested him. When he was shown to the Filipina, she immediately recognised him. Tests showed that worker was the rapist,” the paper said.
