Hamdan issues DCAA Resolution

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, has issued Executive Council Resolution No. 20 of 2016 approving the organisational structure of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA).

The Resolution authorises the Director-General of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority to issue the decisions necessary to implement the provisions of the Resolution, including a decision approving the functions of the organisational units of the Authority.

Further to the new Resolution, Resolution No 01 of 2011 on the approval of the organisational structure of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority is considered null and void. Resolution No. 20 of 2016 also annuls any other resolution that contradicts or challenges its provisions.

This Resolution is effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
