Maktoum tours Gitex Technology Week

Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, on Monday toured Gitex Technology Week at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Gitex Technology Week 2014, which runs from October 12-16, has drawn wide participation of exhibitors from 70 countries along with 120 government entities from the UAE to share transformational developments across the show's four knowledge themes: Smart, Cloud, Big Data and Mobility.

Sheikh Maktoum, who was flanked by Helal Saeed Almarri, CEO of DWTC, stopped at a number of local and foreign stands to get insight into their latest technological and smart innovations, services and products.
