Mohamed receives commanders

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Tuesday received a number of commanders and officers from the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, Ministry of Interior, Support Units and security agencies.

Sheikh Mohamed and guests exchanged greetings on the advent of Ramadan and prayed to Allah Almighty to keep the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in good health and bless the UAE with further progress and prosperity.

The commanders also greeted Sheikh Khalifa and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on the occasion.

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi stressed that the UAE takes pride in the bravery, dedication, loyalty and sacrifices of the armed forces and security personnel in the UAE and abroad. He praised their highly professional skills and outstanding efforts.

He wished for continued success for all nationals in serving their country and protecting national gains and achievements under the leadership of Sheikh Khalifa.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region; Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court; Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, sheikhs and senior officials.

Mohamed receives Interpol Foundation chief

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces on Tuesday evening received Elias Murr, President of the Board of the Interpol Foundation, at Al Bateen Palace.

They discussed ways of strengthening cooperation between concerned authorities in the UAE and the Interpol Foundation on fighting all forms of crimes and means to support the Foundation's efforts in countering cross-border crimes.

Present at the meeting were Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region; Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; Lt. His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received on Tuesday evening at Al Bateen Palace citizens and senior officials who came to offer greetings on the occasion of Ramadan.

The well-wishers prayed for further progress and prosperity to the UAE and good health and longevity to the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
