Mohammed bin Rashid offers condolences to Sultan Al Qasimi

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday offered condolences to His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah, on the death of his sister Sheikha Alia bint Mohammed bin Saqr Al Qasimi.

Sheikh Mohammed also offered condolences to Sharjah Deputy Ruler Sheikh Salem bin Abdullah Al Qasimi on the death of his mother Sheikha Alia.
Offering condolences along with Sheikh Mohammed were Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, Director of Dubai Ruler's Office Lt. General Musabah Rashid Al Fattan and Director General of Dubai Protocol and Hospitality Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman.

Sheikh Mohammed visits UAE University 

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday paid a visit to the UAE University in Al Ain.

The visit comes in the framework of His Highness's interest in checking on the regularity of the study at the university and the provision of all necessary facilities.

During his meeting with the President and the Director of the UAE University and other University's officials, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed highlighted that the UAE gives the highest priority to education at all levels in order to build Emirati manpower, to enable their education and render them able to assume their national responsibilities.

During Sheikh Mohammed's visit, he was accompanied by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gargawi, Minister for Cabinet Affairs, Lt. General Misbah Rashid Al Fattan, Director of the Office of H.H. the Vice-President, as well as a number of officials of the UAE University.
