Mohammed pardons 730 prisoners

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has ordered the release of 730 prisoners of different nationalities in Dubai on the occasion of Ramadan.
Essam Eisa Al Humaidan, Dubai's Attorney-General, stressed that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed's initiative shows his keen interest in bringing joy to the inmates and their families ahead of the holy month of fasting as well as in giving the prisoners opportunities to start a new life as good members of society.
He highlighted the positive impact of Sheikh Mohammed's initiative on the life of the inmates and their families.
He said the Public Prosecution is co-ordinating with the Dubai Police to execute His Highness Sheikh Mohammed's orders.
