Mohammed visits two schools in Dubai

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, this morning paid an inspection visit to two schools in Dubai, the Granada School for Primary Education and the Al Nokhba (Elite) Model School in Al Mazhar area. 

The visits come within the framework of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed's interest in pursuing excellence in the field of education for students in the UAE.

He was accorded a warm welcome by the students and teaching and administrative staff of the two schools.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed toured the Granada School where he met with the students and congratulated them on the start of the new academic year.

He expressed his best wishes of success and high performance for the students.

He also inspected the activities in the classes at the schools.

At Al Nokhba Model School, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed was briefed by a computer science teacher on the performance of students.

He also toured the school and inspected the new equipment installed with the start of this academic year.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed expressed pleasure with sharing with the students their happiness to come back to schools. 

He wished them all success in their study and efforts towards a bright future for them and for the UAE.

Mohammed bin Rashid offers condolences on the death of Buti bin Tarish

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has offered his condolences to the Balqoba family on the death of Buti bin Tarish Mubarak Balqoba.

During his visit to the family house in Nad Al Hamar, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed expressed his profound sorrow and solace to the bereaved family.

Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of the Department of Protocols and Hospitality in Dubai and other officials.
