President honours India, China envoys

The UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has conferred the Independence Order (First Class) upon TP Seetharam, the Indian Ambassador to the UAE, in appreciation of his efforts to strengthen the bilateral co-operation ties between the UAE and India in all fields.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presented the Order to the Indian envoy at a meeting in his office today, at the ministry.

Sheikh Abdullah congratulated the ambassador on receiving the Independence Order from the UAE President. He also wished him success in his future tasks.

The Indian Ambassador expressed his appreciation to the UAE President for awarding him the prestigious medal. He commended the wise policy of the leadership, citing the UAE’s leading regional and international status.

The Indian envoy also extended his thanks to the officials and competent authorities in the country in general and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in particular, for their co-operation during his tenure.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan also presented the Order to the Chinese envoy today.

Sheikh Abdullah congratulated the ambassador on receiving the Independence Order from the UAE President. He also wished him success in his future tasks. He also commended his efforts to enhance ties between the UAE and China in all domains.

The Chinese Ambassador expressed his appreciation to the UAE President for awarding him the prestigious medal. He commended the wise policy of the leadership, citing the UAE’s leading regional and international status.

Hua also extended his thanks to the officials and competent authorities in the country for their co-operation during his tenure.
