UAE President issues Amiri Decree reconstituting Abu Dhabi Executive Council

President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued an Amiri Decree appointing His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, as Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

His Highness President Khalifa also issued an Amiri Decree on reconstituting the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, by appointing H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan as Deputy Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. He also appointed the following as members of the Executive Council - H.H. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court; H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan; H.H. Sheikh Dhiyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Transport Authority; Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan; Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazroui, Secretary- General of the Executive Council; Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority; Jassim Mohammed Buatabh Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office; Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, Chairman of the Community Development Authority; Major General Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, Commander-in-Chief of the Abu Dhabi Police; Riyad Abdul Rahman Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Finance Department; Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Hamed, Chairman of the Health Authority; Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Education and Knowledge Authority; Eng. Awaidha Murshed Ali Al Marar, Chairman of the Energy Authority; Saif Mohamed Al Hajeri, Chairman of the Department of Economic Development; Falah Mohamed Al Ahbabi, Chairman of the Urban Planning Council and Municipalities, and Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Culture and Tourism Authority.
