For health buffs looking to start their morning in a state of Zen, At the Top, Burj Khalifa, the world’s highest observatory deck with an outdoor terrace, is hosting ‘Yoga At the Top,’ a unique fitness concept aimed at promoting physical wellbeing.

Kicking off on June 13 and to be held through July 6, the ‘Yoga At the Top’ sessions will be held from 7:30am to 8:30am, on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, in collaboration with Fitness First, one of the world’s leading health and fitness club chains and a franchise owned and operated under license by the Landmark Group in the Mena region.

Conducted by world-class instructors from various Fitness First clubs in Dubai, health enthusiasts can sign up for the early morning yoga sessions by purchasing tickets through the At the Top, Burj Khalifa online booking system.

Available for Fitness First members at Dh125 and for non-members at Dh150, the tickets are subject to availability. Each yoga session will be open to 30 people, and is guaranteed to provide a first-of-its-kind experience set against the backdrop of Dubai’s magnificent skyline.

The participants will be taken through a rejuvenating journey starting with sun salutations, followed by engaging yoga postures. The session ends with a relaxation module, which allows the participants to take in the ambience of the venue.

Yoga continues to gain popularity among fitness enthusiasts for its ability to rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul while offering greater awareness of the self. Yoga is also known for its curative powers, particularly for health concerns such as obesity, body toning, amnesia, and lack of concentration. Practicing yoga also ensures glowing skin and flexibility of movements, among other benefits.

At the Top, Burj Khalifa, located on Level 124 of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is a must-visit tourist destination that provides an educational and inspirational journey.

Visitors can learn all about the grandeur of Burj Khalifa, and the history of Dubai and its evolution through impressive sight and sound displays. High speed express elevators take visitors to Level 124.

Burj Khalifa is regarded as a ‘Global Icon’ by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), and At the Top, Burj Khalifa was voted as the ‘Best Tourist Attraction’ at the ‘Best in Dubai’ awards.
